Curriculum, Instruction, Assessment

The Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment Department leads teachers, administrators and the wider community in providing high quality learning opportunities for all students in the Ripon Area School District.  Our primary assignment is to:

  • Ensure curriculum meets local, state, and global expectations.
  • Assist teachers in designing instruction and supporting instruction that meets the needs of all learners.
  • Promote the use of common assessments across grade-levels and courses to monitor student learning.
  • Provide quality staff development so that teachers are equipped with research-based practices.
  • Support the services and programs that will prepare students to be career or college ready upon graduation.
