FAQs

Below is the updated process for a workplace injury:

Call: Medcor at 1-877-227-9264 (If life-threatening dial 911) to have an independent nurse review the injury and potential next steps with the injured staff member (It is preferred to have the supervisor on the call though not required.) The registered nurse who staff members will speak with does not work for the district and has a goal only to triage injuries.
Staff members should complete the EMPlOYEE WORK INJURY REPORT FORM.
Witnesses should complete this form: WITNESS - WORK INURY FORM
