Free and Reduced Priced Meals Application

Free/Reduced Applications are easy to complete using any of the three options below:

• Apply for free/reduced lunch when completing the Annual School Registration for your child(ren)
• Access the application to apply on your Parent Portal
• Click on the application link below, print at home, complete and return to the Administrative Services Center at 1120 Metomen Street
• Complete a paper application which is available at all school offices and the Administrative Services Center

Applications are required each year. General questions or concerns regarding your child's account should be directed to our registrar at registrar@ripon.k12.wi.us or by calling  (920) 748-4600. If your family is experiencing hardship and needs financial assistance with your child's lunch account balance, please email the Director of Pupil Services,  Emmy Jess at jesse@ripon.k12.wi.us or call her at (920) 748-1550.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
