Ripon Area School District
An election is to be held in the Ripon Area School District on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed below.

General Information
A board member must be an eligible elector of the school district at the time of filing. According to the Wisconsin Elections Commission, in order to qualify for placement on the ballot as a candidate in a school board election, a person must be:
- A citizen of the United States;
- 18 years of age or older; and
- A resident of the school district for at least 28 consecutive days at the time of filing a declaration of candidacy.
Office Terms
The term of office for school board members is three years, beginning on Monday, April 27, 2026, and expiring on April 23, 2029.
Filing Candidacy Papers
A Campaign Registration Statement and a Declaration of Candidacy must be filed no later than 5:00 pm on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at the Administrative Services Center at 1120 Metomen Street, Ripon, WI 54971.

Information for Candidates
Candidate packets will also be available for pick up at the Administrative Services Center at 1120 Metomen St., Ripon. Questions should be directed to Jolene Meyer via email or by calling (920) 748-4600. Electors who are interested in being a candidate for School Board at the 2026 Spring Election will need to file the documents listed below at the District Administrative Services Center before the filing deadline, which is January 6, 2026, at 5:00 pm.
Primary Election
If a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
Additional Information
Acceptable Photo ID will be required to vote at this election. If you do not have a photo ID you may obtain a free ID for voting from the Division of Motor Vehicles.
