Welcome to the Ripon Area School District! We are excited that you have chosen to educate your child(ren) in the Ripon Area School District (RASD). District Enrollment is required for new students (4K - Grade 12) and annual Registration for existing students. Please see the District Enrollment and Annual Registration Information below for more information and instructions. NEW To Town? District Resident Enrollment Process for the Current School Year
District Resident Enrollment for new students must be completed online. When new families move into the Ripon Area School District, we ask that you enroll your child(ren) as soon as possible. If you do not have access to a computer, one is available at any school building or at the District Administration Office (1120 Metomen Street).

Once the online enrollment application is complete, a staff member will process the application. Once processed, the school secretary will contact you with scheduling information. For high school students, it is recommended to contact the school office to set up an appointment to effectively plan your child's schedule. Please plan on two school days before your child(ren) can start to allow for the teacher(s) to prepare the classroom.

Annual Registration FOR ALL STUDENTS (Grades 4K - 12)
EVERY STUDENT, including new and returning students, must be registered for every school year. The registration window is July 1 – 31 each year. This simple annual process is done online through your PARENT PORTAL . Use this SET OF DIRECTIONS to help get you started on your registration.

In District Transfer Application
To initiate an In-District transfer, please download and complete the In-District Transfer Application and return it to your current school's office for an administrator to review and contact you back. For example, if you are currently attending Ripon High School but are interested in attending Odyssey Academy of Virtual Learning, complete the form and return it to the Ripon High School Office.
