ES Principal's Welcome

I am excited to welcome you to Murray Park Elementary School. It is an absolute honor to serve as your principal and partner in education.  Having served as a classroom teacher here for 20 years, I am filled with extreme pride for the work being done at MP. Our staff are some of the finest educators focused on and dedicated to the students’ needs academically, behaviorally, socially and beyond.  As your principal and partner, I look forward to working alongside you to support your child, their education and their path for the future.

At Murray Park, our mission is: Inspiring learners to grow, connect, and contribute every day.  Supporting your child’s growth goes beyond just the academic lens.  At MP, we know each learner is unique, and we strive to ensure their emotional, behavioral and social needs are supported, as well.  Relationships are foundational.  Taking the time to connect and build trust is essential to fostering a community where all learners can thrive.  This also includes our home-to-school collaboration with your child as the focus. Additionally, we uphold high expectations for all learners, students and staff alike, to support students in reaching their greatest potential. We meet students where they are, provide the structure and support they need, and empower every member of our school community to contribute meaningfully to their educational journey.

We proudly serve intermediate elementary students in grades 3 - 5.  We have exceptional, innovative and dedicated teachers, use board-approved standards and materials and facilitate learning utilizing current best practices. Murray Park focuses on using a growth mindset and continuous improvement to ensure ALL students can access their education and navigate the world around them now and in the future. While graduation may seem far away, we recognize the work we do at MP, in partnership with you, contributes to the critical foundation built throughout their time in the Ripon Area School District.
