Course Options

Odyssey Academy offers several course options for our students and the ability to mix and match course style to best accommodate all learning styles. Odyssey students also have the opportunity to participate in educational programs throughout the school year. 

Preschool-6th Grade

• Students in grades 4K-6th grade complete coursework in all core subject areas as well as music, art and physical education. 
• Parents select curriculum for students, with input from their advisory teacher. 
• Parents provide majority of instruction; teacher support is provided through weekly classroom meetings and one-on-one assessments. Teachers check in  with parents regularly to provide support as needed.
• Advisory teacher prepares specialized lesson plans for extra practice in core subject areas and performs assessments to ensure all standards and goals are being met.
  • Example: 1st and 2nd grade students meet virtually for a half an hour each week for a math lesson with advisory teacher.
